Scandalous Headlines - NO PROOF
Now obviously I don't think any pregnant woman should be on any sort of drugs/alcohol. But what this article entails is ridiculous.. I'm sick of this media outline of addiction and a correlation between marijuana. The entire narrative here is to think of the poor child, while they spew false allegations of what marijuana actually does.
Example: "That is biologically plausible," Gossett says, "because the effects of THC in the brain may actually prime that child for addictive behavior, not just to marijuana but to alcohol as well."
There is no scientific confirmation on ANY of this information. They are going off of a plausible analysis. When in fact, the mother has had two children previously and have no negative correlation in any means which point to marijuana.
"To Andria Smith's point that her daughter, Delilah, is just as smart as her peers, studies do show that, in general, children exposed to marijuana in utero don't score worse on reading or mathematics as they get older."
So what the actual hell is the argument here? It seems like these are getting pushed out for the headlines! when you look closer at what they actually entail they have NOTHING!
Let me know your thoughts, or if you find anything as lucrative or tedious as this crap. Thanks!
